"I would give this agency 4 stars because my first experience was with Zach and unfortunately, it was less than ideal. (Maybe, it just wasn't meant to be that I work with him.. ) -- HOWEVER, I do give FIVE stars to the individual who took over with assisting me on my policy. She took time from her day to explain policy details, answer questions that my husband and I had, and provide TOP NOTCH customer service. Brittany James went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. I had a situation that, honestly, left me a bit perplexed and anxious. I reached out to Zach, who was unavailable, and because he was out, I was able to have the opportunity to work with Brittany. And guys, she is lovely!! My experience was so positive that I felt it best to continue to work directly with her moving forward. If it wasn't for her efforts and kindness, I probably would have decided to look for an insurance policy elsewhere.
